Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
During the sale period, the large amount of order can result in longer delivery times.
Taxes and duties
The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.
For orders outside of the EU :
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
VERMEIL SASU cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
VERMEIL has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer must contact customer service beforehand by e-mail at email@example.com to obtain obtain a cancellation form to complete and attach to the return package. No package will be accepted if it has not been requested in advance to customer service.
No refund can be granted in the following situations :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and all potential customs duties.
VERMEIL cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address) is not possible shall be refused.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Delivery costs are not refundable.
If you want to exchange an item for another size, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to find a solution within the limits of available stocks.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
